What we store

Your account identity, which comes from your sign-in provider. The prompts you write. The audio you upload, and everything derived from it: stems, mixdowns, detected tempo, key, sections and chords. Your projects and their edit history. If you choose to send early-access feedback, we also store its rating, pay-interest answer, requested improvement and optional comment. It is kept in a dedicated feedback record, not in product analytics or worker logs.

Product and cost measurements

We record which BeatMind page or editing action was used, how long processing stages took, and the internal project or job identifiers needed to connect those events. This lets us understand where people stop and what generation, separation, analysis and rendering cost. These measurements never contain your prompt, lyrics, filename, audio address, IP address or a raw error message. Raw product-interaction events are retained for up to 180 days; financial and aggregated operational records can be kept longer.

What we do not collect

We do not currently ask for payment details because subscriptions are not active. When they open, the payment provider will collect the payment instrument; BeatMind will retain only provider identifiers, subscription state, prices, credits and the webhook audit needed to grant access. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell anything to anyone, and there is no third-party ad or tracking script on this site.

Who processes it

BeatMind is assembled from a small number of services, each doing one job:

• Clerk: sign-in and account identity.
• Neon: the Postgres database holding projects and metadata.
• Cloudflare R2: the audio files themselves.
• Modal: the GPU and CPU workers that generate, separate and analyse audio. Your audio is sent there to be processed.
• AcoustID: an acoustic fingerprint of an uploaded track, used to identify it.
• An LLM provider: prompt text only, for the coaching suggestions in the editor. No audio is sent.
• Vercel: hosting, plus Analytics and Speed Insights, which record page performance and aggregate visit counts.
• Razorpay: hosted payment checkout, subscription billing and payment confirmation. Razorpay receives the payment details needed to process an order or a monthly charge; BeatMind stores only the order or subscription status, amount and credit entitlement.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Deleting a project removes its audio and its derived stems. Feedback is retained separately so we can understand product trends; ask us to remove it along with your account if you want it erased.

Your work is not training data

We do not train models on your uploads, your prompts or your projects. The models BeatMind runs are third-party models used as they were shipped.

Getting a copy, or getting out

Export gives you your stems as WAV and your mixdown as a single file, at any time, without asking us. If you want your account and everything in it removed, ask and it will be.
