The short version
You keep what you make. BeatMind does not take ownership of your uploads, the audio it generates for you, or the stems and mixdowns you export. We do not publish your work, and there is no shared or public gallery to publish it to. Your projects are visible only to your account.
Audio you upload
You are responsible for having the right to upload a track. Separating a recording does not give you rights to it: if you upload a commercial song, the five stems that come back are still that song, and the rights in it are still the rights holder’s. Use them for study, practice or work you are licensed to do, not to release someone else’s recording as your own.
We store your uploads and derived stems so the editor can work. Deleting a project deletes them.
Audio BeatMind generates
Generated audio is produced by a machine-learning model from your prompt. As far as we are concerned it is yours to use, including commercially, and we claim no share of it.
What we will not tell you is that it is definitely copyrightable, or definitely free of any third-party claim. The law on AI-generated audio is unsettled and varies by country, and no honest answer here is a confident one. If a release matters commercially, take proper advice rather than ours.
What we do not offer
There is no licensed sample catalog, no cleared-stems library, and no rights clearance service. BeatMind will not tell you whether a track you uploaded is cleared for a given use, and it does not check. There is also no sharing, publishing or collaboration surface. If you want someone else to have a file, you export it and send it yourself.
Exports
Exported stems are WAV at the original sample rate; a mixdown is a single file bounced from the arrangement as you last edited it. Nothing is watermarked and nothing phones home.
